MUSKEGON, MI – A new fence ordinance in the city of Muskegon bans privacy fabric on chain-link fences as a blight-reduction measure.
The amended ordinance approved by the city commission last week also bans slats that are woven into chain-link fences. Like the fabric, the slats typically are used for privacy.
