SHOPPERS are rushing to B&Q to buy DIY wall panels scanning for 40 per cent off at the till.

Natural oak wood slats are sold on B&Q's website for £129 - but in the shop, they're just £89.

And one savvy shopper took to Extreme Couponing and Bargains Facebook group to tell shoppers they're a further 15% in store - taking your savings up to a whopping 40%.

Savvy DIYer Nick Hill wrote: "Thanks to the person who posted about the wood panelling yesterday from B&Q, I was about to order online at £129 a panel!

"Managed to get 4 sheets yesterday, fitted very easy! Plus a cheeky 15% off."

He shared his stunning DIY living room transformation and fans were amazed.

One wrote: "I LOVE it."

Another said: "Looks mint."

It's always worth shopping around for the best deals.

You can compare the cost of similar products from other retailers using price comparison tools like Google Shopping.

And remember it is only a good deal if it is something you were searching for, you are not saving money if you didn't need it in the first place.

Make sure you're factoring in delivery costs too - it might be worth collecting your order if you don't live too far from a store.

It comes just days after B&M shoppers were rushing to buy a "premium" loungebed which was reduced by a whopping £110.

An eager shopper spied the item in their local store and was thrilled at the price.

Before that, Debenhams shoppers were flocking to buy a Christmas essential scanning for £28 instead of £112.

The retailer slashed the price of a decorative, festive garland by a whopping £84 online.
